In my first training day I was introduced to the
Mr. Golam Morshed, my training coordinator. We reviewed details of the following
days and later I saw a presentation about the history and structure of Grameen
operations.
My training is divided as follows: a couple of days in the
head office, 5 days at the rural area and other days visiting social business
around the city.
The fourth day in Dhaka and second day of training
I went more deeply about the structure of Grameen in the field, and how they
selected the branch region, selected the group of borrowers, and conduct
training for borrowers.
